激光联合治疗增生性瘢痕新进展 被引量:4

Progress Made in Treatment of Hyperplastic Scars with Combined Therapy Relying on Photoelectric Technique

摘要 采用激光技术治疗增生性瘢痕是目前的主流趋势且发展迅速,激光治疗各类瘢痕已逐渐应用于临床,医师根据增生性瘢痕的特征(如解剖部位、损伤类型、颜色、厚度、张力、瘢痕形成的时间等),灵活运用不同的激光技术,或联合药物、微创手术等治疗增生性瘢痕,从而提高了治疗效果、缩短患者治疗周期,更好、更及时地改善瘢痕的症状,现将近一年国内外的报道进行综述。 Treatment At present,photoelectric therapy is a dominating treatment for hyperplastic scars.With the rapid development of photoelectric technique,laser has become a major way to treat all types of scars.Depending on the characteristics(dissection areas,type,color,thickness and tension of trauma,length of scar formation and so on)of hyperplastic scars,the surgeons often choose different treating modalities flexibly,including but not limited to combined usage of different types of laser,laser and medicines and laser and minimally invasive operation,which has resulted in better therapeutic effect,shorter treating period and better and quicker improvement of scars.In this paper,recent reports in this area was summarized and reviewed.
