Treatment for Acne Scars of Different Types

痤疮瘢痕在临床中常见,患者多伴有一些心理问题。痤疮瘢痕在临床上可分为萎缩型、增生型及瘢痕疙瘩。萎缩型瘢痕又进一步分为冰锥样瘢痕、厢车样瘢痕和波浪样瘢痕。目前对于痤疮瘢痕的激光治疗包括光电和非光电治疗,其中光电治疗包括剥脱性激光、非剥脱性激光和射频等,剥脱性激光包括CO2激光(波长10600 nm)、Er∶YAG激光(波长2940 nm),非剥脱性激光包括Er∶glass激光(波长1550 nm)、皮秒激光(波长755 nm、1064 nm、532 nm)等。非光电治疗包括化学剥脱术、填充、锐针皮下分离、富血小板血浆(Platelet-rich plasma,PRP)以及局部封闭等。本文综述了不同类型的瘢痕可选择的最佳治疗方式。

Acne scars are common to see in clinics and often bring some psychological problems to the patients with them.They are divided into atrophic and hyperplastic scars and keloids.Atrophic scars consist of icepick scars,boxcar scars and rolling scars.Current laser treatment for acne scars includes laser treatment and non-laser treatment.The laser used in the treatment conprises ablative laser and nonablative laser.The former contains CO2 laser(10600 nm)and Er∶YAG laser(2940 nm),and the latter Er∶glass laser(1550 nm),picosecond laser(755 nm,1064 nm,532 nm)and so on.Non-laser treatment involves radiofrequency,chemical peel,filling,subcision,platelet-rich plasma(PRP),etc.This article reviews the best treatment options for different types of acne scars.
