新型冠状病毒肺炎患者临床分型与检验学指标差异的研究

Differences in clinical classification and laboratory indicators of novel coronavirus infected patients

目的研究评价新型冠状病毒肺炎(NCP)患者病情程度不同的患者检验学指标的差异及影响原因。方法选取2020年1月至2020年2月在本院住院治疗的39例NCP患者作为本次研究对象,根据病情程度进行分组。分为轻型12例、普通型25例、重型及危重型2例和对照组31例,对比3组NCP患者的白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、中性淋巴细胞比值、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、钙、磷、镁等指标,并比较测定的指标与病情程度的相关性。结果NCP患者,淋巴细胞数较对照组指标有所降低,而中性粒淋巴细胞比值,CRP和LDH较对照组偏高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),钙、磷、镁、肌酐与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论NCP患者的淋巴细胞测量水平偏低,中性粒淋巴细胞比值,CRP和LDH测量水平偏高在实际临床诊断中具有一定的参考价值。

Objective To explore the present study was to empirically investigated the differences in of laboratory indicators novel coronavirus(NCP)infected patients in different states of illness.Methods A convenience sample comprising 39 NCP infected patients from the 4th People′s Hospital of lianyungang city was selected from January to February 2020.The patients were grouped according to the severity of the disease.The patients were divided into light 12 cases,common 25 cases,severe and critical type 2 cases and control group 31 cases.The white blood cells,neutrophils,lymphocytes,ratio of neutrophils,C-reactive protein,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,lactate dehydrogenase,calcium,phosphorus,magnesium and other indicators were compared among the three groups.Results Compared with the control group,the number of lymphocytes in patients with NCP were lower,while the ratio ofneutrophils,neutrophils/lymphocytes,CRP and LDH were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in WBC,neutrophils,calcium,phosphorus,magnesium and CREA between the control group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion In NCP patients,lymphocyte measurement level is low,neutrophil lymphocyte ratio,CRP and LDH Measurement level are high,which has certain reference value in clinical diagnosis.
