疼痛管理联合临终关怀在晚期胃癌患者中的效果观察

Effect of pain management combined with hospice care in patients with advanced gastric cancer

目的分析疼痛管理联合临终关怀在晚期胃癌患者中的效果。方法抽取2018年8月至2019年8月于该院内接受治疗的76例晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为A组38例和B组38例,对A组进行疼痛护理联合临终关怀护理,对B组进行常规护理,对比两组干预结果。结果在VAS与生活质量评分方面对比,A组患者的VAS与生活质量评分显著优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在满意度上对比,A组患者的满意度显著优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对晚期胃癌患者实施疼痛护理联合临终关怀效果显著,其能够降低患者疼痛程度,提高患者生存质量,同时还可以改善患者的满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of pain nursing combined with hospice care in nursing patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 76 patients with advanced gastric cancer who were treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into group A(38)and group B(38).Group B received routine care and group A received pain care and hospice care.The intervention results of the two groups were compared.Results VAS and quality of life scores in group A were significantly better than those in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction,the satisfaction of group A was significantly better than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of pain nursing combined with hospice care for patients with advanced gastric cancer is significant,which can reduce the pain degree of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
