针对晚期肺癌合并深静脉血栓患者采取综合护理的功能与价值分析

Analysis of the function and value of comprehensive nursing for patients with advanced lung cancer complicated with deep venous thrombosis

目的分析晚期肺癌合并深静脉血栓患者采取综合护理的功能与价值。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月本院内收治的64例肺癌合并深静脉血栓患者进行分析研究,随机将其分为实验组与对照组,每组患者各32例,对照组采取常规护理干预,实验组采取综合护理干预,比较两组干预结果。结果在生活质量上对比,实验组各项评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在满意度上对比,实验组的满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对晚期肺癌合并深静脉血栓的患者实施综合护理模式,不仅可以提高患者的生活质量,还有助于改善患者对护理人员的评价。

Objective to analyze the function and value of comprehensive nursing in patients with advanced lung cancer complicated with deep vein thrombosis.Methods Sixty-four patients with lung cancer complicated with deep vein thrombosis admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected for analysis and study.They were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group,with 32 patients in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,the intervention results of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of quality of life,the scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction,the satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing model for patients with advanced lung cancer complicated with deep vein thrombosis can not only improve the quality of life of patients,but also help to improve the evaluation of nursing staff.
