临终关怀在肺癌晚期患者中的应用研究

Application of hospice care in patients with advanced lung cancer

目的探究临终关怀在肺癌晚期患者中的应用。方法本研究于2018年3月至2019年5月选取了该院收治的晚期肺癌患者90例为对象,随机将其分为A组、B组,每组均为45例,A组采用临床关怀,B组采用常规护理,对护理满意度及疼痛程度进行比较。结果在护理满意度这一指标方面,A组97.78%,B组77.78%,A组高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在视觉模拟评分(VAS)方面,A组为(4.63±1.11)分,B组为(5.87±1.06)分,A组低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将临终关怀护理应用于肺癌晚期患者中,其不仅可以能够减轻患者疼痛程度,而且还能够提升护理满意程度,具有较高的应用价值,应更多的推广和应用。

Objective To explore the application of hospice care in the nursing of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods In this study,90 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 45 patients in each group.Corresponding clinical care and routine nursing were used to compare nursing satisfaction and pain degree.Results In terms of nursing satisfaction,group A was 97.78%,group B 77.78%,and group A was higher than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS scores were(4.63±1.11)in group A and(5.87±1.06)in group B,with group A lower than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hospice care in patients with advanced lung cancer can not only reduce the pain level of patients,but also improve the degree of nursing satisfaction.
