Objective:To study the clinical test of immunoglobulin and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in children with hand foot and mouth disease. Methods:Sample selection time:From February 2018 to August 2019;Sample composition:22 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease(study group)and 22 cases of healthy children(control group)admitted to our hospital.Immunoglobulin A type, immunoglobulin G type, immunoglobulin M type and hypersensitive C reaction were compared between the two groups.T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+).Results:The IgA(0.57±0.55)and IgG(8.97±4.52)levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(1.23±0.41,14.62±4.22)(P<0.05);IgM(2.88±0.62)and HS-CRP(10.47±7.98)were higher than control group(1.99±0.25,1.89±1.46)(P<0.05).The levels of CD3+and CD4+in acute phase and convalescent phase were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The level of CD3+in the convalescent stage was higher than that in the acute stage(P<0.05).There was no difference in CD8+levels between the acute stage, recovery stage and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:HFMD is accurate to immunoglobulin and hypersensitive C reaction tests, timely diagnosis of the disease, and has a synergistic effect on subsequent treatment, and urgently needs to be applied in clinical tests.
