综合康复训练对老年吞咽障碍患者康复疗效及并发症的影响

Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training on rehabilitation effect and complication of elderly patients with swallowing disorder

目的探讨综合康复训练对老年吞咽障碍患者康复疗效及并发症的影响。方法选取2017年11月至2019年6月本院确诊的老年吞咽障碍患者60例为研究对象,随机分为常规组和综合组各30例,常规组采取常规护理,综合组采取综合康复训练,对两组病人的吞咽功能、吞咽障碍生活质量及并发症情况进行观察。结果一段时间后,综合组患者的吞咽功能、吞咽障碍生活质量评分均优于常规组,并发症出现概率低于常规组,P<0.05。结论综合康复训练能有效提高老年吞咽障碍患者康复效率并降低并发症的发病率,具有临床应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation effects and complications of elderly patients with swallowing disorders.Methods:In November 2017-June 2019 elderly patients with swallowing disorder diagnosed in our 60 cases as the research object,and maintaining the 30 cases were randomly divided into conventional group,conventional group take the routine nursing care,maintaining adopt comprehensive rehabilitation training,on two groups of patients'swallowing function,swallowing disorder life quality and complications were observed.Results:After a period of time,the score of swallowing function and quality of life of swallowing disorder in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the incidence of complications was also lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation training can effectively improve the rehabilitation efficiency and reduce the incidence of complications in elderly patients with swallowing disorders,and has clinical significance.
