健康教育在老年急性阑尾炎护理中的应用效果

Application effect of health education in nursing care of elderly patients with acute appendicitis

目的探究健康教育在老年急性阑尾炎护理中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月1日至2019年12月31日沈阳市浑南区中心医院收治的80例老年急性阑尾炎患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,将研究对象分为两组,对照组和观察组(每组40例),对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上接受健康教育,比较两组的健康知识知晓率和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的健康知识知晓率为97.50%,高于对照组(85.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满度为95.00%,高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年急性阑尾炎患者护理中,健康教育能够传播健康知识,提高患者知识知晓率,患者对护理工作满意度更高,建议在临床护理工作中应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of health education in elderly patients with acute appendicitis.Methods:During from January 1,2018 to December 31,2019,a total of 80 elderly patients with acute appendicitis in Hunnan District Central Hospital in Shenyang City were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group(40 cases in each group).The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the experimental group received health education on the basis of the control group.The awareness rate of health knowledge and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The awareness rate of health knowledge in the experimental group was 97.50%,higher than that in the control group(85.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.00%,higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of elderly patients with acute appendicitis,health education can spread health knowledge,improve the awareness rate of patients'knowledge,and patients'satisfaction with nursing work is higher.It is recommended to promote the application of health education in clinical nursing work.
