摘要
目的研究延续性护理在老年高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法随机选取本院收治的老年高血压患者参与研究,平均分组后给予相同的住院治疗护理以及不同的出院护理指导,观察实际差异。结果观察组患者接受6个月延续性护理后,舒张压稳定在(78.32±0.14)mmHg、收缩压稳定在(115.62±0.87)mmHg,患者SF-36评分最高达到(92.01±1.77)分,各项结果与对照组比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理干预方法能在患者出院后提供持续护理指导,改善患者血压状况。
Objective:To study the effect of continuous nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:The elderly patients with hypertension were randomly selected to participate in the study,and the same hospitalization nursing and different discharge nursing guidance were observed after the average grouping.Results:After 6 months of continuous nursing,diastolic blood pressure was stable at(78.32±0.14)mmHg、systolic blood pressure was stable at(115.62±0.87)mmHg,the highest score was(92.01±1.77),and the ratio of each result to control group was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing intervention can provide continuous nursing guidance and improve blood pressure after discharge.
