乡村振兴基层人才教育培训模式研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Model of Education and Training for Grassroots Talents of Rural Revitalization

实施乡村振兴战略是以习近平同志为核心的党中央对“三农”工作作出的重大决策部署。习近平总书记指出,乡村振兴应该把人才振兴放在首要位置。目前,乡村基层人才深造的机会少,培训形式和内容相对单一,基层人才队伍整体素质和能力是制约乡村振兴的主要因素。本文围绕乡村振兴基层人才培训面临的问题及现状,分析和研究线上线下培训的优势,探索和创新基层人才培训模式,通过不断的实践应用,积累了宝贵的经验,提升了培训质量,真正做到“实际、实用、实效”,为乡村振兴战略实施提供了智力和人才支撑。

The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy is a big decision and plan made by the Central Committee of the CPC with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core regarding the work pertaining to agriculture,rural areas and farmers.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the revitalization of rural areas should be placed first in the revitalization of human resources.At present,rural grassroots talents hardly have opportunities for further study,and their training form and content are relatively monotonous.The overall quality and ability of grassroots talents are the main factors restricting rural revitalization.Surrounding the problems and current situation of Rural Revitalization of grassroots personnel training,this paper analyzes and researches advantages of online and offline trainings,explores and innovates grassroots talent training mode.Through continuous practice and application,valuable experience has been accumulated,and the quality of training has been improving,and“pragmatical,practical and effective”trainings have been carried out,all of which provide intellectual and talent support for the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
