发达国家教育优先区政策的比较及启示--以英国、法国和美国为例 被引量:3

摘要 我国的新一轮教育改革正在如火如荼地开展,其中,进一步解决机会不公平的问题、促进教育均衡发展是改革的重要目标之一。从20世纪开始,英国、法国和美国等发达国家均尝试通过制定额外的教育补助政策来积极改善贫困地区学校和家庭困难学生的教育环境。具体举措包括由政府主导教育公平的促进政策、大力发展学前教育体系、提升家长在子女学业中的参与程度等。通过对于发达国家教育优先区政策的梳理和比较,能够为我国促进基础教育公平的实践带来很多有意义的启示。 A new round of education reform is being processed in China.The most important goal is to solve the problem of unfair opportunities and promote the balanced development of education.Since the beginning of the last century,developed countries,such as Britain,France and America,have actively tried to improve the educational conditions of schools and students in poor areas through extra educational subsidy policy and education priority areas.The specific measures include:the promotion policy of education equity led by the government,the vigorous development of preschool education system,the promotion of parents’participation in children’s studies.The model of developed countries has given us much inspiration.
