The art of Ideological and political education is the aggregation of the influencial educational skills that educators creatively use in order to effectively achieve the goal of ideological and political education.The selection of opportunity and breakthrough in the process of education is the application of art for the purpose of enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education.Career planning education regards the student as a fresh and individual life,and considering the students’life needs,solving problems arising from students’growth,and understanding students’inside worlds,and conducting education surrounding the three aspects:humanity,emotion and spirit.This is exactly the vivid embodiment of the ideological and political education required by the General Secretary Xi Jinping,“focusing on students,caring for students,and serving students”so as to achieve the goal of changing according to incidents,advancing according to the times and updating according to situations.It can enhance and provide a broad field for the art of ideological and political education,and widen the new perspective of interdisciplinary research at the same time.
