穴位按摩治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压病临床研究

Clinical Study on Point Massage for Hypertension of Yin Deficiency with Yang Hyperactivity Type

目的:观察穴位按摩治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压患者的临床疗效。方法:将阴虚阳亢型高血压患者144例,按照随机数字表法分为2组,各72例。对照组给予基础药物进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合穴位按摩治疗。疗程均为3周,观察比较2组治疗前后血压水平、中医证候积分及健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分,并统计2组总体临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:总有效率观察组为86.11%,对照组为70.83%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组眩晕、头痛、腰酸评分及总积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组2项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组躯体活动、情绪状况、心理健康、活力、社会功能、总健康、生活质量等各项SF-36评分均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05);而2组间上述各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗期间2组患者均未出现治疗相关的不良反应。结论:在药物降压治疗的基础上,联合穴位按摩治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压疗效显著,可有效缓解临床症状,提高生活质量,且无明显不良反应。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of point massage for patients with hypertension of yin deficiency with yang hyperactivity type. Methods:A total of 144 cases of patients with hypertension of yin deficiency with yang hyperactivity type were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,72 cases in each group. The control group was given basic medication,and the observation group was additionally given point massage based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for three months. Before and after treatment,the blood pressure level,Chinese medicine syndrome scores, and the scores of 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36) were observed and compared between the two groups. The total clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were counted.Results:The total effective rate was 86.11% in the observation group,and 70.83% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of vertigo,headache,and soreness of the waist as well as the total score in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the scores above in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the two indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of physical functioning,emotion,mental health,vitality,social functioning,general health,and quality of life in SF-36 in the two groups were significantly increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);no significant difference being found in the comparison of the indexes above between the two groups(P>0.05). During treatment, no treatment-related adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion:Based on anti-hypertensive medication,the additional point massage has significant curative effect in the treatment of hypertension of yin deficiency with yang hyperactivity type, which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve quality of life, without obvious adverse reactions.
