摘要
从膝部经筋、韧带变化分析膝骨关节炎的发病,从膝骨关节炎认识韧带的愈合,以及内外源性愈合、TGF-β信号转导通路、Smad 2/Smad 3蛋白、骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)、针刀作用优势等在膝骨关节炎愈合时韧带相关信号通路中的多因子作用。膝骨关节炎的产生与韧带的损伤、粘连关系密切,针刀的松解不仅分离了周围组织的的外源性入侵性增长,也使得损伤处的组织其自身的再生长得以激发,通过对相关表达因子的刺激调控,使疾病得以防治,这可能是一种全新的思路,可以为针刀治疗多组织的损伤提供全新的理论。
The incidence of knee osteoarthritis was analyzed from the changes of channel sinews and ligaments in the knee;the healing of ligament was studied from knee osteoarthritis;the multifactorial effects of ligament-related signaling pathways in the healing of knee osteoarthritis were explored from endogenous and exogenous healing, TGF-β signal transduction pathway,Smad 2/Smad 3 protein,bone morphogenetic protein(BMP),advantage of acupotomology and other factors. The formation of knee osteoarthritis was closely related to ligament injury and adhesion, and the release of acupotomology not only isolated the invasive growth of the surrounding tissues,but also stimulated the regeneration of the damaged tissues, and that by stimulating and regulating related expression factors, the disease could be prevented and treated,which might be a new idea and provide a new theory for acupotomology treatment of multi-tissue injury.
