高压轴向柱塞泵配流盘抗空化结构研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对高压轴向柱塞泵工作过程中存在的空化现象,结合柱塞泵配流盘吸油腰形孔内过流液体流线方向提出配流盘抗空化结构,通过解析法分析了配流盘抗空化结构对柱塞泵性能的影响;借助Pumplinx仿真平台,对柱塞泵工作过程中配流盘吸油腰形孔内气体体积分数的变化规律进行数值分析;通过Kriging插值模型预测仿真数据的邻近未知参数,并用杂交粒子迭代优化算法得到最优抗空化结构。研究结果表明,轴截面为敞口形配流盘吸油腰形孔可以减小柱塞泵内空化气体体积分数约2%,其最优结构参数特征为:沿柱塞泵旋转轴轴向偏转75.7°和顺流偏转8.2°。 In view of the cavitation phenomenon in the working process of high pressure axial piston pump,the anti-cavitation structure of the distribution plate is put forward in combination with the flow direction of the liquid in the suction waist hole of the distribution plate of the piston pump.With the help of simulation platform of Pumplinx,this paper simulated and analyzed the variation rule of gas volume fraction in the lumbar hole of distribution disc during the working process of plunger pump,and analyzed and discussed the influencing factors.The Kriging interpolation model was used to predict the adjacent unknown parameters,and the optimal anti-cavitation structure was obtained through the hybrid particle optimization algorithm.Research results show that the exposure type flow plate of oil absorption waist shape hole can reduce the plunger pump cavitation inside the gas volume fraction of about 2%,and the optimal structure parameters characteristics are as follows:the axial deflection along the pump rotation axis 75.7°and 8.2°deflection downstream.
