摘要
工控作为工业自动化生产的基础,保证其通信网络传输质量具有重要的意义。拥塞问题是影响工控通信网络质量的主要因素,所以有效控制拥塞是必由之路。以往采用的控制方法均是通过平均分配任务量来防止拥塞,未考虑不同通信节点和链路拥塞程度不同,任务量分配也应不同的问题,造成误码率和丢包率过高。针对上述问题,以冲突规避为目标,研究工控通信网络拥塞控制方法。上述方法先是对拥塞控制进行分析,后在原理的基础上进行拥塞控制,包括通信网络拓扑结构描述、预测及规避通信网络拥塞程度。结果表明:与基于轮循、路径选择、最少连接数三种拥塞控制方法,本方法控制下,通信网络最大误码率和丢包率分别为2.35%和1.58%,是四种算法中最低的,解决了误码率和丢包率过高的问题,提高了通信网络传输质量。
As the basis of industrial automation production,it is very important to ensure the transmission quality of industrial control communication network.Congestion is the main factor influencing the quality of industrial control communication network,so it is the only way to control congestion.Traditionally,the average assignment of tasks was used to prevent congestion without considering the congestion degree of different communication nodes and links,resulting in high bit error rate and packet loss rate.Therefore,the method to control the congestion of industrial control communication network based on conflict avoidance was studied.Firstly,the congestion control was analyzed.On the basis of the principle,the congestion control was performed,including the description and prediction of communication network topology and the avoidance of congestion degree of communication network.The results show that compared with the congestion control method based on round robin,the congestion control method based on path selection and the congestion control method based on minimum number of connections,the maximum bit error rate is 2.35%and maximum packet loss rate are is 1.58%in proposed control method,which is the lowest of the four algorithms.Thus,the problems about high bit error rate and packet loss rate are solved,and the transmission quality of communication network is improved.
