基于中医临床指南探讨中医药领域证据分级体系的构建

Discussion on the Construction of Evidence Grading Systems Based on Clinical Practice Guideline of TCM

在现代循证医学快速发展的背景下,国内的专家学者及研究团队在中医临床实践指南制订中提出多种具有中医药特色的证据分级体系,其中具有代表性的是基于"证据体"的证据分级、中医文献证据分级和古代文献评价分级方法。相对于国际常用的循证医学证据分级体系,这3种证据分级体系均强调了中医理论类证据的地位,为进一步研究中医循证医学证据分级体系提供了参考。

With the rapid development of modern evidence-based medicine,domestic scholars and research teams have proposed multiple evidence grading systems with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the development of clinical practice guidelines.The representative ones are:evidence grading system based on "evidence body",evidence grading system of TCM literature and evidence grading system of ancient literature evaluation.Compared with the internationally used grading systems of the evidence-based medicine,these three evidence grading systems emphasize the status of theoretical evidence of TCM and provide references for further researches on TCM clinical evidence grading system.
