基于《瘟疫发源》“瘟疫则验”探析瘟疫发病的气运特点

Analysis of Characteristics of the Pestilence’ Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic Factors of the “Empirical Rule of Pestilence” on the Wenyi Fayuan

对马印麟《瘟疫发源》中"瘟疫则验"部分的整理研究发现,瘟疫则验中所记载的瘟疫发病的气运特点主要是由于五运六气变化所导致的,包括运气相合之运气同化与运气异化、客气流行、五运五郁、三年化疫这4方面因素。研究瘟疫则验部分瘟疫发病的运气特点,以期对临床提高中医疫病的防治效果有一定的指导作用。

In this paper,through the research on the part of pestilence’ empirical rule in MA Yinlin’s the Wenyi Fayuan,it is found that the characteristics of pestilence causes disease’ Characteristics of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors transport recorded in pestilence’ empirical rule are mainly caused by the changes of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,including four factors:combined analysis of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors’ similarities and differences,the epidemic of guest climatic qi,the change of the five evolutive phases makes five stagnation diseases happen,and the pestilence occurred for three years.By summarizing the characteristics of some pestilence cases,we hope in order to improve the clinical prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine Pestilence disease has a certain guiding role.
