血府逐瘀汤治疗伴抑郁慢性乙肝患者临床研究

Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B Patients with Depression

目的分析血府逐瘀汤联合帕罗西丁治疗伴抑郁慢性乙肝患者疗效及对SAS、SDS、LSR、SCL-90、转氨酶的影响。方法以伴抑郁慢性乙肝患者130例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组接受恩替卡韦联合帕罗西汀治疗,观察组接受恩替卡韦、血府逐瘀汤联合帕罗西汀治疗。分析2组临床治疗效果及治疗后SAS、SDS、LSR、SCL-90、转氨酶水平的变化。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后SAS评分、SDS评分、LSR评分均明显升高(P<0.05),SCL-90评分明显降低,转氨酶AST及ALT水平均明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组上述指标变化比对照组更明显(P<0.05)。2组经治疗后均无明显不良反应发生,安全性较高。结论血府逐瘀汤联合帕罗西汀对伴抑郁慢性乙肝患者抑郁评分及转氨酶异常有明显的改善作用。

Objective To study the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with paroxetine on chronic hepatitis B patients with depression and its effects on SAS,SDS,LSR,SCL-90 and aminotransferase.Methods 130 patients with depression and chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n=65) and observation group (n=65).The control group received entecavir combined with paroxetine.The patients in the observation group were treated with entecavir,Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and paroxetine.The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups and the changes of SAS,SDS,LSR,SCL-90 and transaminase levels after treatment were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,SAS score,SDS score and LSR score increased significantly in both groups (P<0.05),while SCL-90 score decreased significantly.The levels of transaminase AST and ALT in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.05).The changes of the above indexes in the observation group were more obvious than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups,and the safety was high.Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with paroxetine can significantly improve depression score and transaminase abnormality in chronic hepatitis B patients with depression.
