甘草桔梗射干汤加味治疗急性单纯性咽炎临床研究

Clinical Observation and Study on the Treatment of Acute Simple Pharyngitis with Gancao Jiegeng Shegan Decoction

目的探讨甘草桔梗射干汤加味治疗急性单纯性咽炎临床疗效。方法选取急性单纯性咽炎患者100例,按照随机抽签法分成治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组实施常规西医治疗,治疗组予甘草桔梗射干汤加味治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分变化情况,临床疗效,不良反应发生情况,治疗前后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平变化情况。结果治疗后治疗组及对照组的中医证候积分均明显低于治疗前,且治疗组显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论甘草桔梗射干汤加味治疗急性单纯性咽炎临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状,降低不良反应发生风险,改善血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平。

Objective To study the clinical observation and analysis of Gancao Jiegeng Shegan decoction in the treatment of acute simple pharyngitis.Methods 100 cases of acute simple pharyngitis were divided into treatment group and western medicine group according to the random lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The western medicine group carried out conventional western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was given licorice platycodon root shoot dry soup flavoring treatment.Changes in TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,and serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group and the western medicine group were significantly lower than that before treatment,and that of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the western medicine group (all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the western medicine group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the western medicine group (P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine group (all P<0.05).Conclusion Gancao Jiegeng Shegan decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of acute simple pharyngitis,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,and improve the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6.
