摘要
目的了解2009-2018年无锡市荣巷街道水痘的发病趋势和流行特征,为进一步开展水痘预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法对无锡市荣巷街道2009-2018年水痘疫情资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2009-2018年无锡市荣巷街道共报告水痘病例993例,年均发病率为112.95/10万。发病时间呈双峰分布,分别为4~6月和11月~次年1月;男性病例多于女性,男女发病性别比为1.26∶1;发病最多的为5~岁组和10~岁组,占发病总数的52.57%;发病人群以学生、幼托儿童和散居儿童为主,占发病总数的83.48%。10年间共接种水痘疫苗6 868剂次。结论 2009-2018年无锡市荣巷街道水痘发病总体呈上升趋势,以学生和幼托儿童为主。应重点加强学校和幼托机构的水痘疫情监测,提高适龄儿童两剂次水痘疫苗的接种率。
Objective To understand the incidence trend and epidemiological characteristics of varicella in Rongxiang Street of Wuxi City from 2009 to 2018,and to provide a scientific basis for varicella prevention and control.Methods The reported data of varicella in Rongxiang Street of Wuxi City in 2009-2018 were analyzed with descriptive epidemiological methods.Results A total of 993 cases of varicella were reported in Rongxiang Street of Wuxi City from 2009 to 2018,and the average annual incidence was 112.95/100 000.The time distribution showed double peaks,including April to June,and November to January;the incidence of males was higher than that of females,with a sex ratio of 1.26∶1;the age group with the largest number of cases was 5~year old group and 10~year old group,accounting for 52.57% of all cases;the majority of the patients were students,children in childcare centers and scattered children,accounting for 83.48% of all cases.A total of 6 868 doses of varicella vaccine were inoculated in recent 10 years.Conclusion The incidence of varicella increased in 2009-2018 in Rongxiang Street of Wuxi City,mainly involving students and children in childcare centers.The surveillance of varicella epidemic in schools and kindergartens should be strengthened.And the vaccination rate of 2 doses of varicella vaccine for school-age children should be improved.
