摘要
目的了解和掌握大竹县蚊类密度、种群及季节消长规律,为预防和控制虫媒传染病提供科学技术支撑。方法采用诱蚊灯法,将诱捕的蚊虫用乙醚麻醉处理后进行分类计数鉴定。结果共捕获蚊虫5个品种5932只,平均蚊密度为4.12只/(灯·h),以致倦库蚊为优势蚊种,占捕蚊总数的63.25%。农村牲畜棚为蚊虫主要栖息繁殖场所,以6月蚊密度最高,为33.11只/(灯·h)。结论此次研究基本掌握了大竹县蚊类密度、种群构成、季节消长规律。要按蚊类种群分布、密度高低等特点进行科学控制。
Objective To understand and master mosquito density,population and seasonal variation in Dazhu County,and provide scientific and technological support for the prevention and control of insect-borne infectious diseases.Methods The light trap method was used,and the trapped mosquitoes were classified,counted and determined after the treatment of ether anesthesia.Results A total of 5932 mosquitoes of 5 species were captured.The average mosquito density was 4.12/(lamp·h).Culex pipiens was the dominant species,accounting for 63.25%of the total mosquitoes.Most of the mosquitoes distributed in live-stock sheds.The highest mosquito density,33.11/(lamp·h),was in June.Conclusion This study has mastered the mosquito density,population composition and seasonal variation in Dazhu County.Therefore,it is necessary to scientifically control the mosquito population according to the characteristics of distribution and density.
