摘要
目的通过实验室检验,准确确定某校腹泻疫情的病原体,为迅速处理突发公共卫生事件提供科学依据。方法按照GB 4789对样本进行增菌、分离、鉴定,并通过形态、生化实验、血清学实验、噬菌体实验进行鉴定。结果共采集肛拭子样本35份、水样(水源水、末梢水等)8份,共计43份,其中8份肛拭子样本检出鲍氏6型志贺氏菌,检出率为18.6%。结论本次痢疾疫情8株菌株用志贺氏菌分型噬菌体,原液型别均为27,1RTD均为33,原液及1RTD型别高度一致,各菌株之间亲缘性高度相关。
Objective To accurately identify the pathogens of diarrhea epidemic in a school through laboratory tests,and to provide a scientific basis for prompt handling of public health emergencies.Methods According to GB 4789,the samples were enriched,isolated and identified by morphological,biochemical,serological and bacteriophage experiments.Results A total of 43 samples were collected,including 35 anal swabs and 8 water samples(source water,peripheral water,etc).Shigella baumannii type 6 was detected in 8 anal swabs,with a detection rate of 18.6%.Conclusion The eight strains of dysentery were typed by Shigella bacteriophage.The original solution type was 27,and the 1 RTD type was 33.The original solution and 1 RTD types were highly identical,and the relativity of strains was highly correlated.
