唐山市丰润区0~14岁儿童传染病监测结果分析

Analysis on infectious disease monitoring results of children aged 0~14 years old in Fengrun District of Tangshan

目的了解唐山市丰润区0~14岁儿童传染病发病情况,为制定卫生措施、保障儿童健康成长提供参考依据。方法将唐山市丰润区法定报告传染病资料进行整理,用Excel建立数据库,用SPSS 11.5统计软件对资料进行统计学分析。结果唐山市丰润区2017年和2018年儿童传染病发病率居前三位的均为:手足口病、其他感染性腹泻、水痘,累计百分比分别为91.17%和82.00%,且男孩发病多于女孩。结论控制肠道传染病与呼吸道传染病是唐山市丰润区今后儿童传染病防治工作的重点,需制定切实有效的防制政策,保障儿童健康成长。

Objective To understand the infectious disease status of children aged 0~14 years old in Fengrun District of Tangshan,and to provide a reference for the formulation of hygiene measures and guarantee of children’s health.Methods The data of notifiable infectious disease in Fengrun District was collated.The database was established with Excel,and statistical analysis was conducted with the use of SPSS 11.5.Results The top three infectious diseases of all in 2017 and 2018 in Fengrun District of Tangshan were:hand,foot and mouth disease,other infectious diarrhea and cumulative percentage were for 91.17%and 82.00%,respectively.And the incidence of boys was higher than that of girls.Conclusion The prevention and control of enteric and respiratory infectious diseases is the key work in Fengrun District from now on.And effective prevention and control measures should be established to guarantee children’s health.
