规模化养殖条件下生猪肠道微生物资源分离和鉴定 被引量:1

Isolation and identification of intestinal microbial resources of pig in large-scale breeding

摘要 肠道微生物作为机体的重要组成部分,与生猪健康密切相关。为了获取生猪肠道微生物资源,本研究同时采用有氧分离和厌氧分离技术,从12份新鲜猪粪便中分离获得174株细菌。通过16S rRNA基因比对分析对菌株进行初步鉴定后发现,有氧分离条件下获取的105株细菌隶属于8个科、13个属和19个种,其中以弗格森埃希氏杆菌(Escherichia fergusonii)居多;厌氧条件下获取的69株细菌隶属于7个科,13个属,20个种,大部分是福氏志贺氏菌(Shigella flexneri)和弗格森埃希氏杆菌(Escherichia fergusonii);其中,潜在益生菌株28株,包括粪肠球菌(Enterococcus faecalis)、河流漫游球菌(Vagococcus fluvialis)和乳酸乳球菌(Lactococcus lactis)。本研究有助于加深对生猪肠道可培养微生物资源和微生物生态的认识,为肠道微生态和动物益生菌的进一步研究和应用提供优良菌种资源。 As an important composition of the animal organisms,intestinal microbes are closely related to pig health.Consequently,in order to explore microbial resources in pig intestines,we isolated 174 bacterial strains from 12 samples of pig feces under aerobic and anaerobic conditions,respectively.The strains were purified and preliminarily identified based on 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis.The 105 strains isolated under aerobic conditions belonged to 8 families,13 genera and 19 species;and most of them were Escherichia fergusonii.The 69 strains isolated under anaerobic conditions belonged to 7 families,13 genera and 20 species;and most of them were Shigella flexneri and Escherichia fergusonii.Moreover,28 potential probiotic strains were obtained,including Enterococcus faecalis,V ago coccus fluvialis and Lactococcus lactis.Our study provides insight into culturable microbes and microbial ecology in pig intestines,and offers bacterial resources for further research and application in the intestinal microecology and animal probiotics.
