摘要
基于某300MW机组FGD和WESP进出口PM(2.5)和PM(10)质量浓度性能测试,分析了FGD和WESP对PM(2.5)和PM(10)协同控制效果,考察了PM(2.5)占PM(10)的质量比在经过FGD和WESP前后的变化规律。研究结果表明:FGD对PM(10)脱除效率(52.2%)高于对PM(2.5)脱除效率(48.0%),WESP对PM(2.5)脱除效率(78.4%)高于对PM(10)脱除效率(71.2%)。FGD和WESP对PM(2.5)和PM(10)均具有协同控制作用。PM(2.5)占PM(10)的质量比在FGD入口为81.8%,经过FGD之后,该质量比增加至93.7%;经过WESP之后,质量比下降至82.3%,这说明FGD难以脱除PM(2.5),而WESP对PM(2.5)具有协同脱除效应。
Based on the performance test of PM2.5 and PM10 mass concentration in the inlet and outlet of FGD and WESP equipment in a 300MW unit,the synergistic control effect of FGD and WESP on PM2.5 and PM10 was analyzed,and the change rule of PM2.5 to PM10 mass ratio before and after FGD and WESP was also investigated in this paper.The results show that the PM10 removal efficiency of FGD(52.2%)is higher than that of PM2.5(48.0%),and PM2.5 removal efficiency of WESP(78.4%)is higher than that of PM10(71.2%).Both of FGD and WESP have synergistic control effect on PM2.5 and PM10.The mass ratio of PM2.5 to PM10 in FGD inlet is 81.8%,and the mass ratio increases to 93.7%after FGD.After WESP,it dropped to 82.3%,indicating that it is difficult for FGD to remove PM2.5,while WESP has a synergistic effect on PM2.5.
