摘要
制药废水是较难处理的废水,但通过合理的处理工艺产品水可以回用到对水质要求较高的电站锅炉补给水。针对某工业园区制药废水的水质特点,结合原废水预处理工艺以及火力发电厂已有锅炉补给水处理工艺,通过对各种工艺比较后确定采用生化处理+膜法处理+离子交换树脂深度除盐组合工艺,处理后用于新建火力发电机组配套锅炉补给水,产品水水质达到了锅炉补给水的水质标准。通过对回收利用制药厂废水减少排放对环境造成的污染,实现了制药废水深度处理回用的良性循环。
Pharmaceutical wastewater is a kind of wastewater which is difficult to be treated,but the product water can be reused to make-up water of power plant boiler with high water quality requirements through reasonable treatment process.According to the water quality characteristics of pharmaceutical wastewater in an industrial park,combined with the original wastewater pretreatment process and the existing boiler make-up water treatment process in the thermal power plant,through the comparison of various processes,it is determined to adopt the combined process of biochemical treatment+membrane treatment+ion exchange resin deep desalting,which is then used for the boiler make-up water of the new thermal power generation unit,and the product water quality reaches the boiler make-up water level Water quality standard of water supply.Through the recycling of pharmaceutical wastewater to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the discharge,the virtuous cycle of advanced treatment and reuse of pharmaceutical wastewater is realized.
