摘要
阐述了火电厂燃料智能化皮带中部采制样系统平衡风装置的研发与应用情况。通过对皮带中部采制样系统现状、皮带中部采制样系统平衡风装置设计、实施、应用效果几个方面的研究和分析,说明了平衡风装置对火电厂降低燃料成本的重要性,创新了火电厂燃料智能化皮带中部采制样系统调节平衡风的设计理念,实现了对通风量的控制,解决了通风量在采样过程中对煤样全水分、灰分造成部分损失的问题。
the research and application of balanced air device in the middle sampling system of fuel intelligent belt in thermal power plant are described.Through the research and analysis of the present situation of the sampling system in the middle of the belt,the design,implementation and application effect of the balanced air device in the middle sampling system of the belt,the importance of the balanced air device to reduce the fuel cost in the thermal power plant is explained,the design concept of adjusting the balanced air in the middle sampling system of the intelligent belt of the thermal power plant is innovated,and the control of the ventilation volume is realized.The problem of partial loss of total moisture and ash caused by ventilation volume in the process of sampling is solved.
