摘要
2020年的新冠肺炎疫情对我国的社区养老服务造成了重大影响。既有的社区居家养老服务评价体系侧重养老需求、设施及服务质量,但在防控疫情方面均存在一定程度的内容缺失。通过文献研究和实践总结对这些评价指标弥补短板,重构出新的社区居家养老服务评价体系,以期对未来疫情防控常态化形势下的养老服务建设提供参考性建议。
The new Coronavirus Pneumonia epidemic has deeply impacted community elderly care services in china. The existing community home-based care evaluation system focused on the elderly’s demands, facilities and service quality, but there was a lack of content in terms of epidemic prevention and control. Through literature review and practice summary, these evaluation indicators can be added for the shortcomings and reconstruct a new evaluation system, which can provide references for the construction of elderly care services under the normal situation of epidemic prevention in the future.
