金银花保健功能及开发利用研究进展

Research Progress on Health Function and Utilization of Honeysuckle

金银花是我国传统的药食同源植物,含有多种功能成分,具有抗氧化、抗菌抗炎、抗病毒、降血糖以及保肝等多种生物活性;其生命力强、适应性广,在我国广泛种植。但目前金银花中有效化学成分的作用机制研究较少,其所具有的药理作用也需要做进一步的探究。因此本文对金银花的主要化学成分、药理作用、应用及安全性进行了综述,以期为金银花的研究及资源的合理开发利用提供理论依据。

Honeysuckle is a traditional medicinal and edible plant in China.It contains a variety of functional ingredients and has multiple biological activities such as antioxidant,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,antiviral,hypoglycemic and liver protection.With strong vitality and wide adaptability,it is widely grown in China.However,there are few studies on the mechanism of the effective chemical components in honeysuckle,and its pharmacological effects need to be further explored.Therefore,this article reviewed the main chemical components,pharmacological effects,applications and safety of honeysuckle,hoping to provide a theoretical basis for the research of honeysuckle and the rational development and utilization of resources.
