摘要
在疫情期间出现的典型新就业形态无疑是“共享员工”模式。在社会舆论的热议和好评中,各地政府积极推动其发展。然而,目前对“共享员工”这一模式本身的研究并不充分,模式自身存在的制度障碍不容忽视。文章不仅研究了“共享员工”模式这一新就业形态,并且运用参与式观察法对上海企联“共享员工”互助项目加以研究,在对“共享员工”模式所凸显的我国劳动力市场机制缺陷做出思考的基础上,对这一新型用工方式如何补齐短板提出对策建议。
The new form of employment that stood out during the epidemic was undoubtedly the"shared employee"model,which was actively promoted by local governments amidst the public outcry and praise.However,the model itself has not been sufficiently studied,and the obstacles that exist in the model itself cannot be ignored.The article not only examines the new employment model of"shared employees"but also uses participatory observation method to study the"shared employee"mutual aid program of the Shanghai Enterprise Alliance.On the basis of the shortcomings of China's labor market mechanism highlighted by the"model",the article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to make up for the shortcomings of this new type of employment.
