摘要
针对微电网的灵活性问题,提出了量化指标,以及一种考虑电网灵活性指标的储能配置优化方法,通过优化配置微电网中储能系统来增加系统的灵活性。该方法以一个规划周期内电网灵活性指标最优和储能配置运行成本最小为目标建立数学模型,并用NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解上述模型。通过算例仿真,结果表明所提方法可以通过合理安排储能配置容量,在保证微电网灵活性的同时提高微电网经济性。
For the problem of microgrid flexibility,a quantitative index of grid flexibility is proposed.At the same time,a method for optimizing the energy storage configuration considering the grid flexibility index is proposed.This method establishes a mathematical model with the objective of optimal grid flexibility index and minimum energy storage configuration and operation cost in a planning period,and uses the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm to solve the above model.Finally,the simulation results show that the proposed method can improve the economic efficiency of the microgrid while ensuring the flexibility of the microgrid by rationally arranging the energy storage configuration capacity.
