德育共同体视角下培养大学生家国情怀就业观的路径研究

Path Study on Nurturing University Students’Patriotism-Oriented Employment Values–From Moral Education Community Perspective

就业工作是大学生家国情怀培养的重要载体和成果体现,高质量、高水平、高匹配度的就业是当代大学生对国家、社会、家庭的担当和使命。针对如何引导大学生树立正确的就业价值观,主动服务国家战略,本研究以德育共同体为视角,从多主体并重、多介体协同、多环体兼顾几个维度,提出培养大学生家国情怀就业观的路径和指导原则。

Career choice is an important carrier and reflection of university students’patriotism.Employment of high quality,high standard,and high match reflects contemporary university students’responsibility and mission to the country,society and family.To study how to guide students establish correct employment values and take the initiative of serving for national strategies,the study stands on the moral education community perspective,works from several dimensions including multi-principal emphasis,multi-channel coordination,and multi-medium reconciliation,proposes the path and guiding principles for nurturing university students’patriotism-oriented employment values.
