我国当代大学生就业问题的研究综述

A Summary of the Research on the Employment of Contemporary College Students in China

大学生就业问题一直都是大众关注的重心,它对我国社会经济的发展和稳定具有极其重要的意义。当前,在疫情与毕业人数再创历史新高的双重压力下,大学生就业问题尤为凸显。"稳就业"、"保就业"让就业成为国家的优先发展战略。本文通过梳理大学生就业问题的相关文献,以"就业难"为主旨,总结归纳出大学生的就业现状、就业难的成因分析,以及面对这些难点应采取的对策,以期对解决大学生就业问题的研究有所借鉴。

The employment of college students has always been the focus of public attention,which is of great significance to the development and stability of China’s social economy.At present,under the dual pressure of the epidemic and the record high number of graduates,the problem of college students’employment is particularly prominent."Stable employment"and"ensuring employment"have made employment a national priority development strategy.This paper,by combing the relevant literature on the employment problem of college students,takes"employment difficulty"as the theme,summarizes the current situation of college students’employment,causes of employment difficulty,and countermeasures should be taken in the face of these difficulties,so as to provide some reference for the research on solving the employment problem of college students.
