四种钠盐胁迫对野榆钱菠菜种子萌发特性和幼苗生长的影响 被引量:13

摘要 以盐生牧草野榆钱菠菜为材料,研究其萌发和幼苗生长对不同类型钠盐的响应,探索野榆钱菠菜种子萌发与幼苗生长适应不同类型盐分的机制,旨在为开发盐碱地野榆钱菠菜牧草种植产业提供理论依据。研究表明野榆钱菠菜种子的萌发率、萌发指数和萌发率达到50%时间均受到NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3和Na2CO3的显著影响,回归相关分析其萌发时对NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3和Na2CO3的耐盐临界值分别为419mmol/L、236mmol/L、172mmol/L和123mml/L,其临界值限值分别为622mmol/L、550mmol/L、481mmol/L和393mmol/L。结果表明野榆钱菠菜种子萌发时耐盐性较高,尤其耐NaCl。野榆钱菠菜幼苗芽长和根长均受到NaCl、Na2SO4、NaHCO3和Na2CO3的显著抑制,且根受到盐分毒害强于芽。野榆钱菠菜种子萌发和幼苗生长对这四种钠盐响应呈现显著差异,其受到抑制程度高低顺序依次为NaCl<Na2SO4<NaHCO3<Na2CO3。野榆钱菠菜幼苗能正常生长在盐含量较高(200mmol/L NaCl或100mmol/L Na2SO4)的盐碱地上。因此,盐生牧草野榆钱菠菜适宜在氯化盐和硫酸盐为主的盐碱地上引种栽培。 The response of Atriplex aucherii seed germination and seedling growth to different types of sodium salinity were explored in the present study.The results showed that the germination rate and index,and time duration of 50% germination of A.aucheri seeds were significantly affected by NaCl,Na2SO4,NaHCO3,and Na2CO3.For the regression correlation analysis,the suitable salinity tolerance values for NaCl,Na 2SO 4,NaHCO3,and Na2CO3 in germination stage of A.aucheri seeds were 419mmol/L,236mmol/L,172mmol/L and 123mmol/L,respectively,and the critical values were 622mmol/L,550mmol/L,481mmol/L and 393mmol/L,respectively.Above results indicated that A.aucheri seeds at germination stage were strongly tolerate to sodium stress,especially NaCl.The shoot and root length of A.aucheri seedlings were significantly inhibited by NaCl,Na2SO4,NaHCO3,and the salt was more toxic to roots than shoots.The response of seed germination and seedling growth of A.aucheri to the four sodium salts was significantly different,and the order of inhibition degree was NaCl<Na2SO4<NaHCO3<Na2CO3.A.aucheri can normally grow on saline-alkali soil with high salt content(200mmol/L NaCl or 100mmol/L Na2SO4).In conclusion,A.aucheri is suitable to be cultivated in saline-alkali soil mainly containing chloride and sulfate.
