10年围栏封育对藏北退化高寒草甸植物群落特征的影响 被引量:21

摘要 为探究围栏封育对青藏高原高寒草甸植物群落特征的影响,以藏北退化高寒草甸作为研究对象,采用样方法调查植物群落组成及其数量特征,通过对比围栏外自由放牧和围栏内禁牧样地的植物群落组成、生物多样性、地上与地下生物量,对围栏封育的效果进行评估。研究结果表明:围栏封育10年后,禁牧样地群落中优良牧草的重要值增加,不可食杂类草的重要值减少;禁牧样地植物群落高度、盖度和生物量均显著高于自由放牧样地(P<0.05);围栏内外样地不同植物功能群地下与地上生物量之比存在显著差异(P<0.05)。由此可见,围栏封育对于退化高寒草甸植被生态恢复具有重要意义。 The effects of enclosure on plant community characteristics of degraded alpine meadow in northern Tibet Plateau was investigated by comparison with the differences of plant community composition,biodiversity,aboveground biomass and belowground biomass between grazing plots and fenced non-grazing plots by sampling method.The results showed that the importance of high-quality forage was increased in non-grazing plant community after 10 years of enclosure,while the importance of inedible weeds was decreased.Furthermore,the height,coverage and biomass of the plant community in non-grazing plots were significantly higher than those of grazing plots(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the ratio of belowground biomass/aboveground biomass between grazing plots and fenced non-grazing plots(P<0.05).It can be concluded that the enclosure is of great significance for ecological restoration of alpine meadow plants.
