摘要 针对新能源汽车充电桩充电时间短、输出功率大的特点,设计一种以STC89C52控制器为系统控制核心的基于负载的新能源汽车充电桩控制系统。系统利用传感器模块采样监测新能源汽车充电信息以及数据,依据电能表通信方式设置以RS 485为统一数据接口的通信模块,令计量电能表与主控制器之间可实现高效通信;主控制器为抑制谐波现象,采用有源电力滤波器利用充电桩负载情况调节充电桩补偿容量,并通过模糊免疫自适应PID依据充电桩负载情况控制开关,保证系统稳定运行。通过系统测试验证,采用该系统控制新能源汽车充电桩具有稳定、可靠的效果,且长期使用该控制系统可节省大量经济成本。 In allusion to the characteristics of short charging time and high output power of new energy vehicle charging pile,a new energy vehicle charging pile control system based on load is designed with the STC89C52 controller as the control core of the system.In the system,the sensor module is used to sampling and monitoring the charging information and data of new energy vehicle.The communication module with RS 485 as the unified data interface is set according to the communication mode of the electricity meter,by which the high⁃efficiency communication between the meter and the main controller can be realized.In the master controller,active power filter is used to adjust the compensation capacity of charging pile according to the load of charging pile,so as to suppress harmonic phenomenon,and the fuzzy immune adaptive PID is used to control the switch according to the load of the charging pile to ensure the stable operation of the system.The system testing verify that the system is stable and reliable in controlling the charging pile of new energy vehicles,and its long⁃term use can save a lot of economic costs.
