酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液病历点评分析

Evaluation and Analysis of Prescriptions of Ketorolac Tromethamine Injections

目的:评估酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液在临床应用的情况,提高其合理应用水平。方法:从本院医院信息系统(HIS)中筛取2018年6~9月所有骨科术后应用酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液的病历612份,根据药品说明书和相关指南等要求对其进行点评,分析内容包括安全性、合理性等,并对分析结果进行归纳分析。结果:酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液不合理病历232份,不合理率占37. 91%,主要涉及超剂量、疗程过长、超年龄限制、联合用药不合理、配伍禁忌等问题。结论:酮咯酸氨丁三醇注射液在本院临床应用不合理现象较为普遍,其合理应用水平有待提高。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of ketorolac tromethamine injections,in order to improve the reasonable application.Methods:From June to September 2018,612 prescriptions with ketorolac tromethamine injections after orthopedic operations were selected from the hospital informatio system(HIS)in our hospital and evaluated according to the relevant guidelines and instructions of ketorolac tromethamine injections.The evaluation contents included safety,rationality and so on.The evaluation results were summarized and analyzed.Results:There were 232 unreasonable prescriptions of ketorolac tromethamine injections,and the unreasonable prescription rate was 37.91%.The main problems were overdose,prolonged treatment course,over-age limit,unreasonable drug combination,incompatibility of drugs and so on.Conclusion:The unreasonable application of ketorolac tromethamine injections in our hospital is common,and its reasonable application level needs to be improved.
