尿清舒颗粒联合硕通镜治疗尿路结石伴尿路感染的研究

Study of Niaoqingshu Granules Combined with Shuotong Scope for Treatment of Urinary Stones with Urinary Tract Infection

目的:探讨尿清舒颗粒联合硕通镜治疗尿路结石伴尿路感染的研究。方法:研究对象选自2018年3月~2019年12月于本院就诊的80例尿路结石伴尿路感染患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者给予硕通镜联合左氧氟沙星注射液治疗,研究组患者给予硕通镜联合尿清舒颗粒及左氧氟沙星注射液治疗。对比两组患者治疗前和治疗后临床症状评分、临床疗效、尿细菌学培养结果和治疗安全性。结果:治疗后,两组各临床症状评分低于治疗前,且研究组各临床症状评分低于对照组,均有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。研究组临床疗效优于对照组,有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。治疗后,两组尿细菌学培养结果低于治疗前,且研究组尿细菌学培养结果低于对照组,均有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗期间肝肾功能、血压、心率均未见异常,且用药期间均未见不良反应。结论:尿清舒颗粒联合硕通镜及左氧氟沙星注射液治疗尿路结石合并尿路感染,可有效缓解患者临床症状,排出体内结石,抗菌作用良好,且具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Niaoqingshu granules combined with Shuotong Scope for treatment of urinary stones with urinary tract infection.Methods:Subjects were selected from our hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 for 80 patients with urinary calculi and urinary tract infection.The patients were divided into control group and study group according to random number method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Shuotong Scope combined with levofloxacin,and patients in the study group with Shuotong Scope combined with Niaoqingshu granules and levofloxacin.The clinical symptoms scores,clinical efficacy,results of urine bacterology culture and treatment safety were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,with lower clinical symptom scores in the study group than those of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the urobacterial culture results of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,with lower urobacterial culture results in the study group than those of the control group(P<0.05).No significant abnormalities were detected in liver and kidney function,blood pressure,and heart rate during the treatment of the two groups.And no significant adverse reactions were seen during the medication.Conclusion:For patients with urinary tract stones complicated with urinary tract infections,the treatment of Niaoqingshu granules combined with Shuotong Scope and levofloxacin can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,expel stones in the body,effectively inhibit antibacterial effects,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
