超声引导下胸椎旁神经阻滞在乳腺日间手术患者中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨超声引导下胸椎旁神经阻滞在乳腺日间手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1—12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的行乳腺日间手术的62例患者,按照随机分配原则将其分为对照组(34例)和试验组(28例)。对照组予以局部浸润麻醉,试验组予以超声引导下胸椎旁神经阻滞麻醉,比较两组的麻醉效果。结果两组在入室时(T 0)、麻醉后5 min(T 1)、切皮时(T 2)、手术10 min(T 3)、术毕(T 4)时间点平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组在T 2、T 3、T 4时间点的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组手术时间短于对照组,麻醉补救次数少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在超声引导下胸椎旁神经麻醉阻滞用于乳腺日间手术患者中的麻醉效果较好,可减轻疼痛感,缩短手术时间,且无需多次麻醉。
