摘要
3D-Slicer是一个免费的开源软件,广泛应用于术前规划、手术指导、神经导航、纤维素成像等方面,其辅助神经外科手术三维可视化成像技术能减少神经外科手术术中损伤,满足颅脑手术需要高精度和精确的结构定位。3D-Slicer已经成为神经外科医生用于规划和训练神经外科的重要工具,其不仅能使手术操作更加精确、创口更加微创还能缩短救治时间等。现就3D-Slicer在神经外科手术中的应用进行综述。
3D-Slicer is a free and open-source software,which is widely used in preoperative planning,surgical guidance,neuronavigation,cellulose imaging and other aspects.It can reduce the intraoperative injury in neurosurgery and meet the needs of high-precision and accurate structural positioning for craniocerebral surgery.3D-Slicer has become an important tool for neurosurgeons to plan and train neurosurgery.It can not only make the operation more accurate,more minimally invasive,but also shorten the treatment time.This article reviews the application of 3D-Slicer in neurosurgery.
