思维导图引导康复护理对系统性红斑狼疮患者生活质量及心理状况的影响

Influence of mind mapping guided rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life and psychological status of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

目的探讨思维导图引导康复护理对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者的生活质量及心理状况的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年6月在佛山市中医院肾病风湿科门诊治疗的92例SLE患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施思维导图引导康复护理。比较两组患者干预3个月后的治疗依从性,采用生活质量量表(SF-36)、症状自评量表(SCL90)评价两组患者干预前及干预3个月后的生活质量、心理状况,并比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果干预3个月后,观察组患者的治疗依从率为97.83%,明显高于对照组的76.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月后,两组患者的心理卫生、躯体功能、健康程度、情绪角色评分均明显升高,且观察组患者的上述各项评分[(76.25±7.57)分、(73.48±6.23)分、(80.97±5.10)分、(78.31±6.37)分]明显高于对照组[(65.38±7.52)分、(65.79±6.22)分、(74.55±5.09)分、(70.92±6.34)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月后,两组患者的焦虑、抑郁、敏感、敌对等心理状况评分均明显降低,且观察组患者的上述各项评分[(15.34±4.01)分、(16.97±3.82)分、(12.73±2.58)分、(9.88±3.07)分]明显低于对照组[(22.61±4.03)分、(21.56±3.85)分、(16.19±2.59)分、(15.57±3.09)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为93.48%,明显高于对照组的71.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图引导康复护理应用于SLE患者能有效改善患者的心理状况,提高患者的生活质量及治疗依从性,增加患者满意度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of mind mapping guided rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life and psychological status of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods Ninety-two SLE patients treated in the Outpatient Department of Nephropathy and Rheumatism,Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 46 patients in each group.The patients in control group were given routine nursing care,and the patients in the observation group received mind mapping guided rehabilitation nursing.The treatment compliance of the two groups after 3 months of intervention was compared.The quality of life scale(SF-36)and symptom self-assessment scale(SCL90)were used to record the changes in the quality of life and psychological status of the two groups before intervention and after 3 months of intervention.The nursing satisfaction between two groups was compared.Results After 3 months of intervention,the compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 97.83%,which was significantly higher than 76.09%in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the mental health,physical function,health,and emotional role scores of the two groups of patients were significantly increased,and the above-mentioned scores of the observation group were(76.25±7.57)points,(73.48±6.23)points,(80.97±5.10)points,(78.31±6.37)points,significantly higher than(65.38±7.52)points,(65.79±6.22)points,(74.55±5.09)points,(70.92±6.34)points in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression,sensitivity,and hostility were significantly decreased,and the above-mentioned scores of the patients in the observation group were(15.34±4.01)points,(16.97±3.82)points,(12.73±2.58)points,(9.88±3.07)points,significantly lower than(22.61±4.03)points,(21.56±3.85)points,(16.19±2.59)points,(15.57±3.09)points in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 93.48%,which was significantly higher than 71.74%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind mapping guided rehabilitation nursing to SLE patients can effectively improve the patient's psychological status,improve the patient's quality of life and treatment compliance,and increase patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
