基于成果导向的教育实习课程改革探索——以学前教育专业为例 被引量:2

摘要 文章以学前教育专业为例,提出基于成果导向理念构建实践教学体系,探索师范专业认证背景下教育实习课程改革的道路。对当前高校学前教育实习课程中存在的问题与原因进行分析,文章探索基于成果导向理念的学前教育实习课程改革的路径:建构聚焦成果、具体可测量的教育实习课程目标,设计以目标为导引、具体可操作的教育实习课程内容,加强协同指导、持续改进的教育实习课程实施,建立多元评价、结果认证的教育实习课程评价,提出了进一步做好实践课程改革工作,实现教育实习课程预期学习成果的思考。 Taking early childhood education speciality as an example,this article puts forward the construction of a practical teaching system based on the concept of OBE,and explores the curriculum reform of educational practice under the background of teacher professional accreditation.This article aims at the problems existing and cause analysis in the current early childhood education practice courses,according to the requirements of the teacher professional accreditation,and reforms early childhood education practice courses based on the concept of OBE:constructing the goals of education practice curriculum based on the specific and measurable learning outcomes;designing the content of an educational practice course which is guided by the target and can be operated concretely;strengthening the implementation of collaborative guidance and continuous improvement of education practice courses;establishing the evaluation of educational practice courses with multi-evaluation and result certification.Finally,thoughts on furthering the reform of practical courses to realize the expected learning outcomes of educational practice courses are put forward.
