美国印第安纳州健康教育标准:内容、特点与启示

摘要 美国印第安纳州于2017年颁布的最新健康教育标准,从核心健康概念、分析影响、获取信息、人际沟通、决策、目标设定技能、健康促进行为及倡导力八个方面进行总体设计与规划,为K-12阶段学生的健康教育课程开发、教学及评估提供了依据。该标准以增进学生健康全面发展为旨趣,聚焦学生健康实践能力的形成,并设有评估取向的阶段性指标。印第安纳州健康教育标准中体现出的“大健康”教育观、促进健康知识向健康素养的积极转化及对健康倡导力的关注,值得我们关注并借鉴。 The latest health education standards issued by the State of Indiana in the United States in 2017 are the overall design and planning from eight aspects of core health concepts,analysis of influence,acquisition of information,interpersonal communication,decision-making skills,goal setting skills,health promotion behaviors and advocacy.It provides the basis for the development,teaching and evaluation of a health education curriculum for students of K-12 level.The standard aims to promote the overall development of students’health,focuses on the formation of students’health practice ability,and has staged indicators of evaluation orientation.They pay more attention to the meta-cognitive ability of health on the basis of following the law of students’cognitive process.The concept of“big health”education reflected in Indiana health education standards,promoting the positive transformation of health knowledge to health literacy,and paying attention to health advocacy,are worthy of our attention and reference.
