摘要
为了促进学生情绪智力的有效培养和提升,在定义情绪智力概念的基础上,我们开展基于学校样本的中小学阶段情绪智力发展情况的调查研究并对调研结果进行分析。基于调研结果,我们开发实施系列校本专题课程,并开展校本专题课程开发与学生情绪智力培养的相关研究。在校本专题课程开发研究基础上,对中小学阶段学生情绪智力培养的途径,包括培养学生情绪智力过程中至关重要的教师情智水平提升、家校合作方式优化、学校课程建设优化等方面提出实践举措。
In order to promote the effective cultivation and improvement of the emotional intelligence of young students,On the basis of defining the concept of emotional intelligence,we discuss the problems to be studied and the significance of the research,and clarify the research ideas and methods.Carry out an investigation and research on the development of emotional intelligence in primary and secondary schools based on school samples,and analyze the investigation results,so as to provide a basis for further research.Cooperate with multilateral parties to develop and implement a series of school-based curriculums,carry out relevant research on the development of school-based curriculums and students’emotional intelligence training and analyze the research findings.Based on school-based curriculum development and research,put forward practical measures for the cultivation of students’emotional intelligence in primary and secondary schools,including the improvement of teachers’emotional intelligence,optimization of homeschool cooperation methods and school curriculum construction,which is essential in the process of cultivating students’emotional intelligence.
