摘要
地质环境承载力评价是资源环境承载力研究的重要内容之一,也是可持续发展研究的重要应用方向,是践行生态文明建设的具体体现.结合济源市地质环境现状和特点,构建了基于区域地壳稳定性、地质灾害易发性、地球化学异常性、地震频率、地质灾害频率和不良土体等6项评价指标,12个指标因子的地质环境承载力评价体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)确定各个评价指标的权重,采用综合加权指数方法,借助GIS空间分析方法对济源市地质环境承载力进行了评价.评价结果将济源市地质环境承载力的划分为4个等级,并对每个等级区域做了分析说明,以期为国土空间开发适宜性评价提供科学依据,支撑服务新一轮国土空间规划编制.
As an integral part of the research on resources and environmental carrying capacity and a promising application of sustainable development research,the evaluation of geo-environmental carrying capacity reflects the specific practice of building an ecological civilization in China.Based on the status quo and characteristics of the geological environment in Jiyuan City,an evaluation system of geo-environmental carrying capacity was set up.The system contains six evaluation indexes(regional crustal stability,vulnerability to geological hazards,geochemical anomalies,earthquake frequency,frequency of geological hazards and unsuitable soil)and 12 index factors.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was applied to determine the weight of each evaluation index.The geo-environmental carrying capacity of Jiyuan City was evaluated by means of integrated weighted index and GIS spatial analysis.Based on the evaluation results,the geo-environmental carrying capacity of Jiyuan City was divided into four levels.The area at each level was described and analyzed,so as to offer scientific evidence for the suitability assessment of land space development and provide supporting service for a new round of land space planning in China.
