高新技术开发区关联性的空间计量分析

摘要 收集了国内54个高新技术开发区的信息,对各个地区的距离进行平方制后取倒数的方式建立了空间比重阵列,采用Moran’s I指数研究了国内高新技术开发地区的地区关系和扩散影响,使用普通回归模型、空间滞后模型和空间误差模型整体研究了各个开发区在距离上是否有一定的影响性,同时引进技术创新变量与开发区内企业数变量探究对开发区发展的影响.通过研究证实,开发地区的经济发展对其周边地区的经济增长有一定的促进作用.反之,提高财力投入、人力投入和科技经费投入对开发区的发展具有促进作用.另外位于开发区内企业的比例快速成长对此区域的发展并无促进的效果.经检验,在三种计量模型中,空间滞后模型为最佳模型. Informations from more than 54 domestic high-tech development zone are collected.We square and then inverse the distance of the various regions,to establish the space proportion array.Moran’s I index is used to study the domestic high and new technology development area,regional relations and the diffusion effect.The normal regression model,spatial lag model and spatial error model are used to integrally study whether there is a certain effect of the various development zones’distance.At the same time we introduce the variable of technological innovation and the variable of enterprise number in development zone to explore the influences on the developing of the development zone.Through the research,it is proved that the economic development of the development area can promote the economic growth of the surrounding areas.On the contrary,increasing financial investment,manpower investment and science and technology investment will promote the development of the development zone.Moreover,the rapid growth of the proportion of enterprises in the development zone has no effect on the development of the region.The spatial hysteresis model is the best one among the three econometric models.
