易门方言,属汉语北方方言西南官话中的滇中方言,有着丰富的语气词,表达出说话者的语气、情绪、态度等,情态义明显,在交际中起着表情达意的作用。这些情态义是"卯"[■]所表达出的肯定、恳求、不满、委婉、劝告、夸赞等;"勂"[■]表达出的恳求、提醒、警告、催促、不耐烦等;"该"[■]表达出的质疑、明知故问等;"哚"[■]表达出的轻松、愉悦、恍然大悟、自我调侃等;"成喃呢"[■]表达出的赞叹、夸张、炫耀、喜爱等;"啊嘛嗲"[■]表达出的惊叹、激动等。而且添加语气词与否,句子所表达的深层隐含义也会不同。
