摘要
以瑞士Cavimelt涂层层压生产线为例,分析了防水透湿膜、热熔胶黏度及涂敷量、固化条件等对防水透湿功能性面料性能的影响。结果表明,防水透湿功能性面料应根据服装的用途及透湿性的要求来选择合适的膜,较理想的生产工艺:粘合温度控制在热熔胶黏度为8000~10000 mPa·s对应的温度,运行速度为10~15 m/min,固化温度尽量保持在30℃以上,至少不要低于20℃,固化相对湿度尽量保持在90%以上,至少不能低于50%,固化时间控制在两天以内。
Taking the cavimelt coating lamination production line made in Switzerland as an example,the effects of waterproof and moisture permeable film,hot melt adhesive viscosity,coating amount and curing conditions on the properties of waterproof and moisture permeable functional fabrics were analyzed.The results showed that the waterproof and moisture permeable functional fabric should select a suitable film according to the use of clothing and the requirements of moisture permeability.The ideal production process was as follows:the bonding temperature should be controlled at the corresponding temperature when the viscosity of hot melt adhesive was 8000~10000 mPa·s,the running speed was 10~15 m/min,the curing temperature should be kept above 30℃,at least not less than 20℃,the curing humidity should be kept above 90%,at least not less than 50%,and the curing time should be controlled within two days.
